They are headquartered in Port Angeles where they caught Assam Rassad (sp ?). He was caught by two customs agents - well before Homeland Security.
Homeland Security is in addition to two municipal police departments and county sheriff dept. They don't want Homeland Security here.
And I forgot this - they are required to work overtime even though they don't have anything really to do. One agent got in trouble for revealing that fact. The other agents made life "difficult" for him.
