In reply to the discussion: The reality about "vote flipping" machines in NC and elsewhere [View all]Kelvin Mace
(17,469 posts)4. These machines are over ten-twelve years old
and the screens where not the best quality.
The machines are used once every other year, then stored in an warehouse without heating/AC. So, yeah, calibration is dicey.
