500 to 2000 pound bombs, the much better penetrator is the BLU-113, is 19 feet (5.8 meters). It weighs about 4,400 pounds. And even the BLU-113 can only blast thru 40-45 ft of concrete or rock.

Yawn. All existing weapons are only good for closing the entrances of hardened facilities, even nukes. If someone has a tunnel a kilometer down in rock, it is doubtful if even a tungsten shaft dropped from orbit would do the job.
