48. It really doesn't matter what their other video pranks are

The only thing that matters in this instance is the video you just watched.

If it was edited to only show the negative reaction of the cops then I could concede your point.

You can watch the video from the first interaction to the last. The prankster wasn't aggressive or disrespectful
to the officers when they approached him. If anything his reaction was scared.

The way they acted was criminal and if you were on camera doing that to a co worker , a random person on the street you would be
arrested and charged. Just because you're mad it doesn't give you the legal right to shove and push a person into the ground
that poses no threat to you or anyone else in the area.
