during an interview with Janice Joplin. They were talking about a young up and comer for whom Ms. Joplin was a fan. Mr. Cavett said he had never heard of this person. That was Tina Turner. I saw this sometime in the late 1990's, and it just made me chuckle. I'm sure he's heard a song or two from Tina Turner in that time. At least I hope so, cause she's beyond awesome.
