Lifelong Floridian here, waving at you from the Tampa Bay area!

Electorally speaking, Florida is very frustrating. More registered Ds than Rs, but so badly gerrymandered there's almost no hope of ever having representative government in our legislature. At least Crist was amenable to supporting our paper ballot efforts and helped to get us switched over from those nasty black box touchscreens. But, truly, we haven't had a good governor here since Bob Graham. We can certainly use your D energy!!
