17. My last long move was 3K miles and it humans in the front and animals had the back of the crew cab.

Our only worldy possessions were in the back of the truck. We'd made reservations ahead for each overnight stay and called ahead to make sure the motels would take a pet deposit. They all did and we were refunded. It seems unnatural to put animals on the roof and it's not a matter of legality, it's about empathy. Guess they voted for Romney and thought it was cool.
