H-1B visas and Wall Street. Funny little factoid - a while back I Googled to see how much a college degree cost in India. Turns out - expensive. EXCEPT for an IT degree - that was subsidized and cost about $1500. An American student should be so lucky. Instead, students are bowed down with debt that lasts for years and years. Even our lovely government makes money off of that debt. So yeah, I am cynical and sarcastic about reforms. I need to see some very fine print, and then, of course, factor in campaign blather. Learned to do that.
