(9,126 posts)And on top of that, no one understands that no one wants those crappy jobs. They take them because that's all there is. Most people would want better paying jobs that are "worth" more per hour but those jobs don't exist. Our do-nothing Congress hasn't passed a jobs bill. They're too busy making sure the "job creators" get every dollar earned in this country. They keep crowing how unemployment is down, but that's because displaced workers are having to settle for slashes in wages and benefits. The only people who like these kinds of situations are sweatshops like WalMart and fast food. When we get back to true full employment, then those jobs can revert back to "teenagers flipping burgers." But now they are for people with kids and college loans!
