(287 posts)I'm afraid to get too excited about Bernie, because the MSM is doing all it can to make him a non-candidate. This morning on "Morning Joke," Mika was talking to former VA Gov. and mentioned Hillary's "challengers," but failed to include Bernie. The Gov, to his credit, did mention that Bernie was also challenging Hillary. Come on MSNBC! Wake up Mika, and stop being such a jerk!
I'd love to have a woman President, but not just for the sake of having a woman President. Think Carly F. on the repug side. Would you want her running the country considering that she ran TWO major companies into the ground? Yuck!
But I hasten to add that should Hillary be crowned the Democrat's candidate, I would certainly vote for her over ANY of the clown-car brigade! I hope we can listen to Bernie and not let the MSM decide for us who should be our candidate. Bernie speaks to and for America. He's a good guy with good ideas. I feel like there's a groundswell, and the potential of a major shift towards Bernie. But it's a David vs Goliath thing, with Goliath having mucho-mega money. Can the people wake up, speak up,and turn the tide? Oh god, I wish we could.
