For the first group, the Alex Jones-ers, it's the Rockefeller plan for total control of the world's population. It's a big thing with the anti-Federal Reserve, 911 Truthers and the Ron Paulies.
For the second group, Anti-Christ-ers, it's the Mark of the Beast. This is very big with some of your most zealous X-Tian Apocalyptic types. They are very detailed with their use of scripture to make Obama into the evil one who will seek out and kill all the X-Tians in a ruthless purge. Anything Obama says not 110% supportive of Israel is a sign of his eternal hatred.
They say the first administration of Obama is the first 3 and a half years of the Anti-Christ's reign. When or if he is re-elected, his nature will become vengeful and in the next 3 and a half years, the Tribulation will begin.

The first group is looking for their Libertarian Mad Max world to come true, too. Obama is said to the author of all of this, despite the fact it's the Tea Party taking away all civil rights with the sole exception of gun rights with galloping corporatism. They must have guns in every single place to fight off Obama, don't you know?
This is more of the rabid foam drooling of the Koch and ALEC funded, John Birch Society, etc. wing nuts. But it's extremely effective for low-information voters. I know good people who are Democrats who are amazed if they visit me and I show them what I've found on DU and the verifying links. Many people know nothing of what Mitt did at Bain, the bullying or most of what we discuss here.
The 'Obama Death Panels' didn't come to pass, which was another incarnation of the 'Hillary Death Panels' scare Rushbo pushed 24/7 to get his listeners to vote a GOP majority during the Clinton Administration. Yes, it worked very well.
Another infamous 'Obamacare is coming to get you' was the lie saying people's Medicare and private health insurance premiums were going to skyrocket, so high they would be starving and homeless but had to pay this tax to the IRS or be arrested and taken to jail if they could not pay it.
Did not and will not happen, the health care law is not written that way. They don't have to be in it, or can get a reduced rate according to income. Another scare story.
I could go on with more examples and give links, but what's the use. The non-stop right wing nut machine never quits cranking these out because lies is all they've got. At least I hope we have given a little bit of relief with the truth on this one item. There will be more.
