ALERTER'S COMMENTS
It's one thing to disagree or not even like another person or politician but it's over the top to basically celebrate their death--especially a US president.
You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Wed Nov 25, 2015, 11:05 AM, and the Jury voted 3-4 to LEAVE IT.
Juror #1 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I don't find this any more objectionable than the Brits dancing in the streets after the death of Margaret Thatcher.
Juror #2 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I'm not seeing the "celebrate' part. Leave.
Juror #4 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I've read far too many celebrations of death on DU to believe it lies outside of community standards. It's vulgar and denies the poster his or her humanity, yet it is a standard sentiment here.
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: It's a headline.
Thank you very much for participating in our Jury system, and we hope you will be able to participate again in the future.
