Then air drop books on the Donner Party to them, after all we want them to be entertained.
Drop a single fifty pound bag of potatoes on them once every two weeks -we don't want them to totally starve; just be very very uncomfortable.
Set up ear shattering music 24/7 Muslim Devotional Chants would be best.
Set up communication jammers and then wait for Spring.
Also hand them bill's for the use of Federal Property as they crawl out.
Oh, and then Arrest them.
