The long and the short of it is that less political posturing needs to be attached to foreign investments, which overall is a good thing.

Our environmental concerns -any country's- will win out but not if such concerns are applied unequally, discriminating against foreign investors.

The U.S. rarely loses ISDS cases so I'm confident we'll win this one.
