Having a caucus for presidential candidates in 21st Century America...good idea or bad idea? [View all]

I guess the idea is neighbors get together to talk politics and then thoughtfully cast their vote?

Does that really ever happen? Do they serve any useful purpose?

Seems to me they they are ripe with problems waiting to happen and limit participation/turnout.

But maybe I'm wrong....curious what others think.

Thus, this poll. I've including more than just a binary response just to make it more interesting...still the results should give an overall picture if DUers are overall for or against the grand tradition (or whatever it is).

I wish my state had a caucus instead of a primary, it would be so much more fun!

Thank God (or whatever/whomever) my state has a primary and not a caucus!
