First off the judge was kind monetarily and didn't put crazy expensive restrictions on this family. Although he could have. The attorney thinks they may have a law suit and criminal charges. No to all. He has nothing. The dog is was and always will be ruled dangerous so none of his defense or court room unethical antics apply.
