was a Chief Deputy AG under the previous Administration. Robert Kennedy Jr. did a article about Holter in his duties at DOJ,let's say it did not contain anything positive and a rather scathing about his Political Obstructionism roll when it came to Wall Street and also he seemed to go out of his way in protection of the Elitist segments of Society.
