I don't know who had a bone to pick with me but YOU screwed the DU on a INTERNATIONAL breaking story [View all]

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by NH Ethylene (a host of the General Discussion forum).

Hosts and jury members. This post does not name a DUer. It places no blame on hosts. Leave this OP alone. I just want the DU to know what somebody did, probably because of me.

As to who turned in the alert, I have no idea. I'm not a host. The hosts did their job as they see it. I have no quarrel with them.

But as to the reason a DUer would intentionally kill a INTERNATIONALNATIONAL breaking story I can't understand. Is it me? Are you anti-union? Work for Verizon in management?.

So we had the story and somebody just couldn't stand a breaking story. We beat EVERYBODY to it.

Statement of Purpose

Post the latest news from reputable mainstream news websites and blogs. Important news of national interest only. No analysis or opinion pieces. No duplicates. News stories must have been published within the last 12 hours. Use the published title of the story as the title of the discussion thread.

Apparently YOU don't consider the CWA a trustworthy source. Well I hope you learned a lesson today. It cost the DU, if you care.

Below you can see Fortune, UPI, and Salon picked up what the DU broke hours in advance.

Pat yourself on the back for getting to a dementia patient!
