2. Even Julian is using this to get attention

It is strange how everyone is trying to tie this to their particular pet cause. It's like it's too boring itself, so we have to spice it up with how it has to do with the US elections, other economies, etc. Now Julian weighs in. And why would there be any reason to "scrap" the warrant? Is there any legal effect that would do this. Probably only in Julian's mind.
