The anal fissures are CLEARLY enlarged beyond ANYTHING that can be called normal, and the cranio-rectal inversion is indisputably massive. The caudate nuclei are perhaps abscessed beyond recovery in this case. In fact, the entire dorsal striati have deteriorated almost totally. I think he will have to go through the rest of his life with this condition; I don't think there has ever been a case like this one, and I can safely opine that it is untreatable with any known medical approach.
