The belief about needing only 3 or 4 hours of sleep is the most disturbing. While different people do have somewhat different sleep needs, only 3 or 4 hours is NOT enough, and people who are consistently sleep deprived tend to be unable to make good decisions about anything.

I've been reading various stuff about sleep research for years, and the modern notion that people don't really need very much sleep is totally wrong.
