(8,715 posts)25. Just heard a congressman on msnbc talk about the dust up....and again I wonder why no one goes
deeper into the issue than the surface-y Obama v netanyahu conflict. So frustrating. Which country is defying decades of established policy re settlements? Which country is maintaining course on decades of UN and US policy re a two state solution? Which country is acting out of step with a majority of its citizens? What are the real issues regarding settlements?
this is why issues never get solved via broken public discourse in the US. it's the national enquirer approach to reporting...whatever sells on the cover is what gets discussed.
