Were being used as weapons launching facilities. It also doesn't matter how many Israelis were killed; just because the IDF has better missiles doesn't give Hamas the right to shoot at IDF.

I'm really not taking Israel's side here. Fuck their government and fuck their illegal settlements and fuck their war mongering. But forgetting that there are two sides to this conflict, both of which are very much at fault? Fuck that, too.

In fact, the 2014 Gaza "Conflict" just exasperated the whole thing, and both sides were responsible. They were mad about the settlements, Israel removed them entirely, and Hamas took over and started shooting again (first eliminating their political enemies, then back to launching rockets). This enabled Israeli apartheid-ists to sit back and say, "See? Removing the settlements does nothing for us!"

Except now Netanyahu has Trump & Lunitics, Inc. carrying water for him and it looks like there will never be a two state solution. The only light I see in the tunnel is that people -- normal, average, plain old people -- are starting to realize that this isn't a good guys versus bad guys situation, and that helping Israel militarily despite what they do hurts the United States.
