With any luck at all, between the Small Craft Advisory (wind) and the rain showers, it will be a total washout. So fitting for tRump. Of course, he will blame it on Hillary and the Democrats. But the visual images I get of him looking like a drowned rat is too good to let go. ⛈💨🐀💨⛈
