None you list ever tell the truth about anything ever in their lives.

These are people who live an entire existence based on lies, death and destruction.

They dont need to be told to lie, it is what they do naturally.

Now they may get caught up if rump excludes them from what he is doing, they may here and there inadvertently tell the truth for instance when kept out of the loop.
