Trump generally has people sign non-disclosure agreements. I believe that his former wives signed non-disclosure agreements in order to receive their marriage settlements. I mean it is actually sort of a standard practice in business, but I am sure that Trump has taken it to pathological levels. The only thing that the man has of value is whatever perception of him as a smart business person that has been created around him.

As others have said, the people in his inner circle have lied for a living. Conway was working for Cruz's campaign before jumping over to Trump. Bannon (enough said). Spicer and Priebus are old political hacks. They need no incentive to lie, but they definitely have incentive in the form of wanting to keep the floundering ship from sinking lest they all go down.

Like I said, I am sure there is something they had to sign the limits their ability to disclose, in exchange for working with Trump on the grift.
