Which is better, adopt a house district of my choice or give to the DCCC? [View all]

The DCCC has created a list of targeted house seats for 2018, which is a good thing (see list below), but there were lots of complaints about how the DCCC did its job during the primaries. Would it be better to donate directly to a few chosen districts?
