41. Don't get your contention on the SCOTUS justice. The filibuster still exists for SCOTUS ...

appointments, unlike the other appointments on you list.

I don't want the Dems to just roll over on that. The repugs stole that appointment from O and we should fight to keep SCOTUS to eight justices just as the repugs did.

Don't cave on SCOTUS should be our rallying cry.

If they threaten to use the nuclear option we need to call their bluff.

I'm betting they won't as they know they won't be in power for forever.
