You don't act like a vindictive idiot for a month - getting worse with every day - and expect the press to forgive and forget.

Trump has crossed the rubicon - no one takes him seriously, beyond the very serious problems he is creating for the country. No one RESPECTS him in any way, shape or form. It's impossible at this point for him to even get back to ground zero, let around turn it around.
