Why... legalized prostitution! Complete with an underground and illegal child prostitution culture, which should make Rush's beady little swine-eyes gleam. After all, this is the guy who took four other guys to the Dominican Republic with a suitcase full of viagra and condoms.

Of course, odds are Limbaugh doesn't realize that the authorities in Costa Rica are very keen on catching even a whiff of such indiscretions... and the way Costa Rican law works is that you are in jail until the prosecution can build a guaranteed conviction...

And of course the pickpockets of San Jose just love big fat rich foreigners.

So, my money's on Rush either being robbed blind or landing in jail screaming "I thought she was eighteen!" through the bars within a week.
