10. Lots of wealthy "patriotic" Americans are retiring to Costa Rica to avoid paying taxes here.

They spend a couple of months there and than return here to live the standard of living they are used to. I think it's time to pass some laws on a new category of "remigrants." Levy huge re-entry taxes.
