4. Woolsey turned On Flynn in the fall

Mar 2017

Woolsey immediately reported the Flynn-Turkey meeting through a mutual friend to Biden. This was last fall, before the election. Certain that Biden and Obama would have acted on it. Would certainly have justified "wiretapping" Flynn for reasons not connected to Russia. Time to review comments by Comey and others with the perspective that some warrants did not involve Russia.
