fortunately I think I'm on a pretty decent team with nice people at my current company and the application I'm supporting is low stress, no on call, work from home 2 days a week and I'm the only web developer on the team so no other jerks to deal with.

But I know exactly what your talking about and I wish you a happy summer off.
