I never said anything about there being no fraud in the SSDI system, and you can't point to anywhere that I said that. I did say that it's extraordinarily hard to get benefits awarded in many cases because of all the administrative hoops one must jump through.

But by all means, let's spend millions or billions every year on the off chance that we can save a few thousand by weeding out the scammers who got through the system. It's the same "logic" that applies to drug testing "welfare" recipients. After spending hundreds of thousands of tax dollars, Republicans are so very proud of themselves when they catch three or four drug addicts (never mind the possibility of a false positive result). It's like using a cannon to get a fly in the house.
