...and that the Presidency would make him at least consider it, occasionally. Please God, I am *not* saying that the Presidency "ennobles" people, or that it brings out the best in people. Andrew Johnson? Warren Harding? LBJ? Nixon? Dubya? Our current President? The office brought out the worst in all of them. But sometimes, you get a surprise. Lincoln. Truman. Eisenhower. Ford. The odds are greatly against Pence being on this list--he's ideologically extreme, a theocrat, and not particularly smart. But at least it's *possible*. There are no possibilities whatever for Dolt45, except disaster.
