I learned everything about it there. The community is very helpful and will answer any questions you have.

I spent about $140 and got the supplies (PG, VG, nicotine base, flavors, bottles and a scale) to make 3 liters of juice. I'm on my phone but I can post a little more info later.

edit:

This is a helpful video tutorial.

This is the scale I bought:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HCKQG7G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I strongly recommend using a scale over syringes that you have to buy and clean. It's a lot more convenient.

*A note on the scale: Whichever one you get, you want one that can measure .00 mg. They have an auto-zero function. The scale will zero itself over very slight changes, so once your tare is set if you add single drops it might not register. It's best to add a few drops with the bottle off the scale and then set it back down to continue.

I bought the nicotine from:

https://www.myfreedomsmokes.com

I got the VG and PG from:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004C7MTLA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005F5OJG6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I buy my flavors at:

http://www.bullcityflavors.com/

I would recommend spending some time searching through the recipe threads at vapingundergound and picking out some recipes that sound good to you and making a list of all the flavors you need. There is also a comunity recipe section at bullcity that shows you a list of recipes and what flavors you need.
