died at 45, for lack of healthcare. He was laid off and could not afford $600 monthly for insurance. He kept hoping he would be called back to work. He died. I have Medicare and a supplement, and STILL get bills . Medicare does not pay for eye refraction, so the supplement will not pay, either. I am about to go through a series of shots to both eyes for Macular Degeneration. If I want the very best shot, I have to pay $75.00 per shot. Then the mandatory eye drops cost $98 last time and likely will be over $100 by now. Deepest sympathy on the loss of your sister. WHEN will people see that the gop caters only to the rich?
