6. I'm not sure Moore would care much if Trump does ask him to step aside.

Becoming a US Senator is end game for him, he knows this is his one and only shot at such a high ranking position. Moore can conceivably still win the seat, so I'm not seeing him stepping aside at this point. No matter who says he should.
