It doesn't look like he is touching her....

I would also think if he was she would be startled and wake up

Why would anyone grope a woman through a flak jacket? rather bizarre

Why would Franken actually harass or really grope a woman in the full view of a camera?

What does the photographer have to say about this?

Look at Franken's eyes....he is acting. If he was seriously groping, wouldn't his eyes be on his victim's breasts, rather than at the camera in a pose?

We are being had, I am afraid.
