Democrats should micro target voters via Facebook/ Twitter to their advantage [View all]
If Russian trolls can use facebook effectively and micro target key voter groups to elect Trump by spending such a miniscule amount of ad money, the DNC should crank up its operation and use FB and twitter to micro target voters to overcome all the election time BS and misinformation that is spewed out by talk radio and Russian bots. I am sure there are enough smart Democrats that can do this.
