I glanced through the notes above, and concur with each one.

When these guys are in the neighborhood, how is the contact made? If not person to person, then who or how?

I believe someone(s) is(are) watching and/or listening.

I read a thread that someone was upset that more attention was not being paid to REngel (sp). Maybe there is more going on in the background.

Supermax for the low lifes(the current high lifes), in the interest of being politically correct.
