Not a writer of the movie. And the movie, in my opinion, is not political at all, and if it is, I'd say it portrays the ruling class and the rich as the causes of suffering in Gotham.
People need to quit being so hurt about things like this though. Newsflash: Not everyone believes the same things you do.
