I used to pull the covers over my head in bed at night because I swore Barnabas Collins was standing in the corner with that cane of his waiting for me to fall asleep.

I watched reruns of the show when I was older and thought the show was hilarious (in an unintentional way). The cast would mess up lines, you could sometimes hear the crew dropping things off camera or see the boom mic dip into the scene, etc.

The theme music, however, still gives me the willies.
