26. I know what killed him - seeing the Depp "Dark Shadows" previews

Seriously though, I loved the old series/movies and I loved Frid. Saw him in a play in NYC a long long time ago. Can't even remember which one now, but it was a Shakespearean play (I was 9 or 10 yo). We got a chance to meet him afterwards. Of course, the only thing I could think of was "I just shook hands with Barnabas Collins!" I'm sure that's not what my Aunt was hoping for when she took me to see the play and have exposure to the arts.

RIP Mr. Frid

I think I'll add another tombstone to our Halloween display this year in honor of Barnabas.
