His "representative" called the fish and wild game people. Which also means the asshole will be invoking the fifth amendment and not revealing anything.

He will fight the extradition on the grounds that he won't get a fair trial and/or be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. He will probably win that fight.

It is probably better if they get a warrant to search his house and office and find contraband animal parts of endangered species or something. With that hook, they will probably find tax evasion or mail/wire fraud which are easier to prove. Then throw the book at him.
