Are you saying that the Democratic headquarters, the people that tabulate the voting data do not have full time staff that are expected to show up for work?
Are you saying that whoever runs the office doesn't have the foresight to have shifts so that paid staff are at work during regular hours?
I would expect that there would be professionals running a statewide office for the Democratic Party.

That's all I'm getting at. I'm not impugning the dedication of volunteers or the staff, I'm questioning the management.
