Any call to customer service was useless because of the language problem. And the fact that the people had a list of 9 answers.. If you asked anything not answerable by one of those 9 answers, your were SOOL.

I got a Moto-G about 18 months ago and used REPUBLIC WIRELESS..not too bad.... but the WI-FI connections were not the greatest, especially in airports around the world and I travel a good deal..

SOoooo, I finally was trapped into Verizon, a couple months ago... because I needed a dependable phone service... That's about the only good thing... Samsung Galaxy 6s.. connects everywhere, Japan, Korea, Norway, Finland,. EVEN at EWR and JFK.. which my Republic service almost never did.
I often get a Pocket WI-FI as well....

Just waiting until my first need for customer service.....
