In reply to the discussion: Sanders: 'It doesn't appear that I'm going to be the nominee' [View all]OrwellwasRight
(5,310 posts)88. I love Bernie and voted for him in the primary.
But would someone please tell some of his FB followers that even he doesn't believe he will be the nominee? Some on Facebook seem to live in the non-reality-based community in which Bernie wins at the convention and are calling anyone who says "that's not likely to happen" a "sellout." I've met some sellouts in my day, and in my humble opinion, I am not one of them.
It's time to boot and rally against crazy ass Trump.

I'm a huge Bernie fan, but I can't take H.A. Goodman, way too strident and fanatical.

"realistic" that Bernie's idealism will be cut from convention and thus from Democrats.

I'm content and happy with Clinton, but I would have been ecstatic with Sanders as the nominee.

Snarky, unhelpful, condescending comment about a great man who many of us support.

How about you stick to your ideals like you have for the past 30 years, Bernie?
