Washington warned Moscow, Moscow warned Damascus, Damascus warned the airbase. Personnel and critical gear evacuated. US didn't hit chem weapons, just blew up some stuff on the ground - I don't even think the runways are out of action.

Net result on the ground - sweet fuck-all. Net result in the diplomatic arena - who the fuck knows?

These tea leaves are impossible to read unless you rely on your own beliefs and biases to do the interpreting.
