27. I don't think anyone is a shoe in on this one

I predict at least one left leaning justice will surprise us, as will at least one right leaning justice...and I have no idea how the case might land in the end.

There are a lot of slippery slope arguments that can be made on both sides of this. I expect the unexpected.
